Hacking 3DS doesn't boot after SD Transfer

I changed SD (with a 32GB Samsung EVO Plus) and I transferred all the folders and files from the old SD to the new, but the 3DS does not start anymore. Only the blue LED remains lit.
I've Luma3DS and I copy all the files/folders in a desktop folder and copy them to the new SD root (as I read online and on Nintendo Support).
What's wrong?

OK now works, but the CFW crash often with an ARM11 error. I've got a dump file of it

Try formatting your card again. If you have more problems test if it is corrupted with https://3ds.guide/h2testw-(windows)

No problem, I solved the problem after one hour, but I cannot close or rename the thread info.
I have to re-format and copy all the files again
