3DS Dev play, nintendo gonna be mad

I see. But I still don't understand what you did to get to the dev menu.

1. Was your Starfox 64 version the retail card?
2. You are from Japan? Why is the language of your 3DS set to english?
3. In one picture we can see a blue 3DS, in all other pictures a black one. Why?
4. What did you do exactly?
5. Can you reproduce this?

there was more than 1 DS used in these photos as different games in different sections

1.Starfox was at the Nintendo Unleached Stand Bolted and tied down in every way
2.if your a real member you know i fake my flag for the lulz
3. again if you read i state there different ones, Starfox one was Nintendo Unleached Stand (they had Mario, Mario Kart,Starfox) and the Dev one was at the Bandai Stand (alot less security around and had a Big Grey dev cart in the back and had a metal frame locking the dev cart to the 3DS

5. how can i, it was at a event where there showing this stuff off (i just went there), if i had the 3DS and the carts here i could do it in a snap

I see. Well if you used a demo card of Starfox, this probably won't work with retails cards.

the Demo cart i just used the Return to home, even tho the home button is locked
*yes it can be done*

the Dev one was purely a Dev System and Dev Cards
unless you could write the Firmware to 3DS then you could get the Dev Menu as its built into the Firmware and not just loaded off a cart

and the Dev Card said the Game on there needed the 3DS to be on 2.3-3.3
so guessing a future update someone soon

I can confirm all these pictures are legit too.
When I played the 3ds before It came out i saw all those Icons. I clicked on one and it asked for a dev kit key

YES! FINALLY SOME PHOTOS OF THESE! I used a Dev 3DS at an EBGames demo a week before release, those icons were on the main menu, but there was one more that was a test header. I ran the test header and it froze on the '3DS' loading screen.
