Whell, i personally dont know and i didn't donated anything, i'm just watching from the distance...and was happy to see some 3DS hacking progress, but if it turns out to be a scam, i'm deeply sorry, because i was werry excited about the whole thing
I even made a signature "3ds chip fundraiser"

it MIGHT be,
which DOESN'T mean it is.

People are just saying that it is a scam, because the guy that is supposed to sent 3DS to Laboratory is busy,
and because they are concerned about money that they donated (the ones that donated) for the cause...Or they are just inpatient a little (like my self) and thinking (and writing) "what if we are scammed?!"
Whell to be honest, that's what crossed my mind also, there are all sorts of people in the world.
But just because it crossed my mind that doesn't mean that it's the objective truth.
Whell, that's what i think anyway... ^.^

I am only 35% believing its a scam.............
As far as I know from the start of the thread it came from what everybody considered here as trusted sources.
(Sidenote, kinda funny though, we have the new flashcard that can only play roms but not homebrew, and this that will be part of the thing that can only play homebrew but not roms...
Somebody must consider a fusion in its early stages of release XD )

Well no iQue then. iQue is working hard however the games are too few. (I hate everyday playing mario)
iQue can not update via WIFI, it has no e-Shop. but it is said its wifi works properly.
I do wonder is there any difference between those SoC too. many are holding JP or US versions so..
(Oh sorry i forgot those playing HK versions with CHT/JPN languages)

Anyway,the Homebrew is not optimistic,it may takes two or three years to work.
P.S.The iQue3DS can update via WIFI in the setting.

Its about $400 to scan a layer, the SOC has X number of layers so $2000 is actually an optimistic estimate.
