3DS Corrupted, still found title save data using FBI, can i get the save data?

i have a O3DS and i wanted to back up my 3DS's NAND using GodMode9, following Tech James' video (i know yt vids are not up to date i learned that now...)
But in some step of the proccess my 3DS failed to back things up and booted in a fresh 3ds. So i downloaded some games and i got save files for 1 or 2 games the rest are gone. Even my 300+ hour childhood ACNL save. So last month i looked through my NAND using FBI, and i found a lot of titles, also 3/4 ACNL titles all different and i could not back it up.... Any luck retrieving my save data?
