this core is based on the latest citra. proper tas for 3ds games in the near future perhaps?
this also makes a new reliable way of accessing citra/3ds emulation in general, without having to rely on a handful of potentially dubious forks or mirrored download links

it works on windows, I don't know if the core works on linux so if someone wants to try that out, feel free. I'm pretty sure the core uses opengl though so I don't see why it wouldn't work on linux
it's not known yet if they will keep working on improving emulation, but they at least have a good track record with developing emulators, unlike many of the current citra forks out there. hopefully they will continue where citra left off and make this the definitive 3ds emulator for pc
