Can i get more then 300 coins?
Or is that just the max of how much can i have at the same time?

It's the max you can have, once you've spended them you may restart collecting them. ^^

And i know about that glitch
I used it in Animal Crosing DS when the shop keeper said that he gonna upgrade it and in Pokemon games when i wanted to be night lol
