Has anyone been able to get this working? everytime i start up a rom retroarch crashes

If you're not already, you have to use title override. Highlight a switch game and hold R and select the switch game. This will take you to the homebrew menu with extra ram and then select Retroarch. You also might need to overclock Retroarch which is in Retroarch settings.

Yeah i've been using title override with the and raising the clock speed, yet it still crashes.

I'm stumped then I really don't know unless maybe the version of the core doesn't work with the version of Retroarch you have installed. Like if you downloaded the citra core linked on page 1 that's from last summer and if you have latest Retroarch they may not be compatible. But that's just a guess on my end.

hmm that's probably the problem then. Ill try to use an older version of retroarch and see what happens.

Anyone know how to map the controller analog sticks properly?

Basically my pro and joycons left analog stick (using canary build for ALBW) does nothing but move the camera around, I cannot move link. The D-pad does the same...

Any help appreciated.

Edit: got it!

set Analog to digital to NONE.

The core really isn't good enough to be paywalled

You make it sound like his motive is to make money from this thing - like he thinks he has some gem that nobody else can have unless you pay him. That's not how he works. He's releasing it early access for patrons precisely because it's not good enough to release widely. It will be available to everybody when it reaches his standard of quality. Like he did with RA, Mupen, and PPSSPP.
