So I have palantine CFW on my 3ds, but the CIAs that I install seem to disappear if I so much as put the cursor over them in sysNAND. I read in one of the stickies that you should just format either sysNAND or emuNAND to fix it, but when I did that, I just had to restart the CFW install process. Is there any way to make sysNAND and emuNAND (in this case the CFW) not interfere with the others data?
