No you need an arm11 exploit to be able to install legit cia's and downgrade to use 9.2. You need a hardmod to use Luma3DS.

Nope, you need to hardmod your 3ds first to downgrade to 10.7, after that you have to follow Plailect's guide to install a CFW

No you need an aem11 exploit to be able to install legit cia's and downgrade to use 9.2. You need a hardmod to use Luma3DS.

Even then, not on 11.0, due to Process9 checking against the hardcoded version blacklist.
