Hacking 3 questions regarding M3 iZero

I had a DS Lite and an old M3 Perfect (http://n-europe.com/featuresgfx/m3review/m3sd/m3sdcardin.jpg).
I recently got a DSi, since M3 Perfect is a slot-2, I ordered an M3 iZero.

Here are my questions:

1) How can I convert the save files from my M3 Perfect to make it compatible with M3 iZero?

2) I've been looking around and I've seen that there are 2 firmwares for the iZero. Sakura and Touchpod? Is there a guide somewhere to compare these 2?

3) Can the M3 iZero play DSi games too?

1) You don't need to. you can even use SD card from your m3perfect in m3i
2) Sakura is more usable, nice, more beautiful than touchpod, has "touch and slide" interface, but not fully compatible with homebrew. Touchpod is more "old-school" firmware, but fully support homebrew. Oh and btw sakura can play music, open text and image files, play DSM and DPG videos within firmware, while touchpod needs to load gbaplayer or something like that (which is actually perfect for e-books, has "book" mode - vertical screen alignment and uses both screens).

Thanks for the help. I went to that website to convert gamesaves. But there's only one option that is M3 (I'm guessing for M3 Perfect and older).

Which option do I choose for target format for M3 iZero?
Do I choose M3 DS Real option since the sakura and touchpod fw are the same on iZero and Real?

And even if M3 perfect uses SD you can use microSD to SD card adapter
