I am looking for a little assistance and hope someone can help me figure this out. I am trying to help my nephew get his 2ds back up and running after an update that has caused it no longer to boot up(just solid blue light). I know absolutely nothing about the ds system and have tried what I can find online with no success. Here is what I know, after an update it not longer boots up (just black screen) I know at some point in the past someone did mod his system so that he could play region locked games but it has been working for a year or so. I have tried a hard reboot & d-up rb+Lb+A+power, with no success. If you push start and power it boots into godmode9 and if you press select and power it boots to luma3ds 10.2. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.... Thanks in advance BTW.. one thing i did notices is that it doesn't seem to be holding its time, don't know if that makes a difference...

Download this and paste its contents in the root of the SD card: https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v10.2.1

It's Luma3DS latest version. Older versions stopped working on latest firmware update.

Also, uncheck Disable Arm11 exception handlers option on Luma3DS. If it was unchecked, it would have shown you an error screen instead of a black screen when turning on the 2DS, indicative of what's making the console crash.
