Hardware 2. Switch, keep the Banned CFW?

So I got a new Switch today, because my old one is banned. Happy the new one is a Old Model came with 3.0.1 same as my Original one.

So I am curious, if you would keep the new one Up2Date to play Online or also wreck it with CFW? I mean for that Point I actually have the Banned one I guess.

I mean, I will do a NAND Dump of the 3.0.1 one, just in Case
