Hello
I recently bought 2nd hand Wii-U and installed CFW on it ...
I have 2 HDD drives - 1st 160Gb old HDD for wii games connected via Y cable and patched with USBStealth in rear USB ports (top for HDD bottom for power), 2nd is 64GB USB stick for wii-u games in front USB port.
I have basically two issues
1) When front stick for wii-u games is connected I cannot run directly USB loader GX from wii-u menu (It will fall with 199-9999 error) and if I run it via v-wii -> homebrew launcher, there is no 199-9999 error, but USB loader doesn't see rear HDD. But if front USB stick with wii-u games is disconnected everything works well... Is this behavior OK ,or di I miss something? (some additional hack needed?)
2) When I am in v-wii mode and run in USB loader GX, I cannot download covers (it is stuck in "Initializing Network"). I have read that switching off "Bluetooth preemption" should help, but I don't know where to set if off? Can anyone help? Of course I can download covers with Wii Backup manager, but I would preffer USB Loader GX way
Thnx for help
mike
