I try to get cfw luma3ds but when I try to auto ctrtranfer but after it backup the nand.bin
Step #3: Injecting CTRNAND transfer image
Switching out NAND header first...
Auto CTRNAND Transfer: failed!
Then I accidentally reboot it any info/help would be greatly appreciated
Do I have to hardmod to unbrick I have a nand backup in the SD card

Yep, if it doesn't boot anymore (it should bluescreen, based on where it stopped) you can fix it with a hardmod restore

Would you mind sharing in private your /files9/decrypt9.log, which may contain more details on the failure?

So it failed before it even started? Or did you reboot WHILE it was transferring?
Does it boot without the SD card?

Do you have a N3DS?
No its an o3ds xl

If it doesn't boot without a SD Card, we can officially say it's dead.
But I don't know why this happened to be honest, usually CTRNand doesn't fail (maybe you used a bad quality SD Card or the NAND on your SD Card was corrupted)

Really weird

But hey enjoy your brick, and by the way don't worry you're not the only one (you're actually the second brick case today)

You can revive your 3DS by hardmodding, of course some basic soldering skills are required, or you can send it to a person who will do it for you (because luckily you made a nand backup)

I feel sorry for you tho
Its ok you tried
thank

Last time, I had a "successful" CTRNand transfer and was still bricked upon reboot. I never figured out what went wrong, but it was fixable with a harmod.

OK now I need to find someone who can use a solder

Very interesting: the problem is apparently with the kernel (and not with the nand header as in the first post...)
What version was the console on initially, and did you already have some kind of mods?

More worrying is that in your 2nd attempt, you replaced the initial backup with one made after the 1st (hopefully you already copied it to PC)
It was 11.0 just bought it and didn't want to update to 11.3
