I've been looking at the EZ Flash Omega online but couldn't seem to find a definite answer of whether or not it is compatible with 128KB save files. These are the ones used in the Super Mario Advance series and the Pokemon series. I'm concerned because one person doing a review of the device had save corruption errors for Super Mario Advance 3, and I have a multicart that does the same thing and doesn't support 128KB.

If you mean Super Mario Advance 4, then I can confirm that at least with Clean Boot* the result is a 128KB save that works correctly; as long as you don't do any patching "Boot with Addons" should presumably work as well. You may get a "Corrupt Save" the first startup? I have no experience with Pokemon to know if it works or not. The key is making sure you don't have a pre-patched rom since that'll interfere with what the EZ Flash Omega's own patching (or non-patching).

* Clean boot is something of a misnomer as it'll still patch some anti-piracy checks in some games and patch Fire Emblem so it doesn't save as often--as the EZ Omega will write to the SD card every time the save changes.
