Homebrew 11.7.0-40E oothax

Hello everybody, this question has probably already been asked and I'm sorry if yes but I'm like very new to this platform so I don't really know...
I wanted to know if any of you has the EUR powersaves for Ocarina Of Times 3DS (11.7.0-40E) I searched everywhere but can't found, sadly.
And I already checked 3ds.guide... and I can't make my own powersaves for it (it's too complicated...)
Without I can't use Homebrew and it's a very big problem...

Are you trying to load basic homebrew applications, or are you trying to install CFW?

I sadly don't have enough money for a flash cart... I didn't know about Seedminer, though!

I'm trying to access to Homebrew! When I was in 11.6 I could access to it, but not anymore because my 3ds is on 11.7 now so the powersaves 11.6 don't work anymore...
