I did the downgrade parts right but I am now stuck on, section IX 3. Launch the homebrew launcher on 3DS #2 using Homebrew Launcher (No Browser) how do I go about doing that, possibly with steelhax?

both o3DS and N3DS with latest stable luma build is working perfectly with latest firmware for me.. i hope the nightly builds would be fixed to avoid all these errors..

I've reverted back to the 6.3.1 (stable-dev) build for now, with the latest current nightly (ending in 98) as my backup.

I have a few questions:

1. For BootNTR, what is the best way to install the 11.2 BootNTR? Do I need to remove previous one? If yes, how do I do it?
2. I have and use Gateway. For the system update, I do it in SysNAND and NOT in Gateway mode, correct?

Download the latest stable version and replace the arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of your SD card for the one on the 7z file.

I thought the lastest wasn't working?? at least from what I read in the thread? (hence the question) otherwise luma updater updates it right?
