Sorry for the first picture, I've got literally shaky hands. xD
I was in 9.9E Menuhax and downgrade in 9.2E with a N3DS. (Majora's Mask special edition)
I had to restart 4 - 5 times sysupdater (Freeze on #7 and #8, then i'll have the long bootscreen and press Y then just waited) and i followed the steps that someone stated before.

Then, my N3DS will not boot up, so i just turn off my 3DS, get out my SD card, launch my 3DS (it launched) then put my SD card, then change my themes.
And then my 3DS booted like it was cool and I was in 9.2E.

I feel like this sounds pretty sinister, like you want people to go through the risk of downgrading and maybe bricking their 3ds...but maybe I'm wrong.

I have succesfuly downgraded my european OLD 3DS from 9.9 to 9.2.0-20 without any issue !


That said, I came across an archive named "9.2.0-20 for EURO OLD 3DS9.2.0-20.rar" which had cia files with different hashes from my two other sources so be very careful !

Quick question. Can a n3ds on 9.2 play games like MH4U and SSB online? Not CIA's but physical cartridges. Can they also play locally with a 3ds on a greater version then themselves?

What helped me do it:
When I got stuck on seven, I pressed select. It went in a weird debug mode. I waited until it crashed, opened my hax again, went to ftbrony and exited with LR + B Down, and opened the sysupdater.

It might be just placebo, but it worked.
