I never got the reason to go from 9.2 to 4.x . Unless you're trying to move stuff to sysnand from emunand.

You can reinstall everything that gets formatted, don't worry. Also make sure you don't have autoboot menuhax on your sd card bc that may be the reason why it's being stupid.

Yes

No need to format your SD card, just boot without one in and select a random theme. It will reset menuhax until you install it again.
