Guys, you won't believe this!

I downloaded 9.2U from that iso site and followed Ptrk25's tutorial.
The hax I used was Ironfall 1.0 Ironhax, booted up FTPBrony and pressed L+R+Down+B to go back to the HBC.
sysUpdater booted up instantly, didn't hang at anything and 9.2.0-20U was installed in one try on my previously 10.3U N3DS.
