Hacking 1 DS Game Multiple WiiUs HaxChi?

As Title says I have a DS Game Brain Training with HaxChi Patched over it.

Now could I FTP my User Data and DSHaxChi data and relevant data and potentially run HaxChi on another Wii U?

UserData and MiiData
DS Game with HaxChi Patched
Title and Ticket data

Would it work? or Possibly get my details via update 5.5.4 and link ID and redownload Game then apply HaxChi?

But mainly would I be correct in assuming I can just FTP details to PC then to 2nd WiiU and it will Boot HaxChi or is it Keyed to the other Console and I guess no way to read that Key info and Spoof to my 2nd WiiU?
