Hacking #001 error

I started Wii Music today and got the #001 error.
The second time I started the game it started without an error.
Why does my Wii sometimes give a #001 error? Can he see the WiiKey inside?
And if he can, why doesn't he alway give the error?
I'm on 3.3E with IOS55 installed.

I believe that an update on the disc needs to be installed.... You may have to patch it to except/run off of a different IOS!

It's Wiikey firmware error, I think.

I also have it and sometimes it gives me that error.
