    Good point, and TX seems to think they have to go from 1.9 to 2.0, which would indicate a major release. However they could just go 1.10, 1.11 etc.

    Loose joy-cons are covered under the Nintendo warranty, however this is only 12 months (in the Netherlands). I had a loose one and got it repaired for free.

    Im talking about access to your game by downloading it and playing it, this is not a service but a right. Apparently you even have the right to resell a DRM game. I specifically said online features (within that game) are a different story.
