Homebrew [Updated 7/17/17] Sandbox Engine DSi-Releases

Ooh, nice. I thought that was the actual model. Good job getting that ingame here and all. As far as mapping goes, if you're ever looking for any assistance in that, just drop me a PM or something here, and I can possibly help you out some. For whatever reason, I love the building style of the...

Homebrew [Updated 7/17/17] Sandbox Engine DSi-Releases

Oh hey, this looks potentially awesome. In case you don't already have it, here, take this! That little archive contains every single texture from Megaman Legends, along with some from Legends 2. As far as ruins and stuff are concerned, if you haven't recently, I'd recommend playing through at...

Gaming List of Missed/Undumped USA roms

While I've managed to locate Korg M01 (more like it randomly showed up in one of my usual spots), it doesn't run on my DSTTi, though at the moment, it's probably because it hasn't been added to RetroGameFan's list. As far as I can tell, it isn't an official scene dump, either, considering the...

DS #4194: Bae Yong-Joon to Manabu Kankokugo DS (Japan)

Should Google's translation tools be correct, you are indeed... Err, correct. "Learn Korean and Pe?Yonjun DS"

DS #4124: Nanashi no Game Me (Japan)

I concur with the above two posts. I was able to find a patch through the wonders of Google, but it'd seem to be the first version, as I'm still have freezing problems.

    DSi Common Key Bruteforcer

Well, my computer crashed yesterday at about 12 billion, but I'm already back to over 10 billion, so, assuming I haven't checked any duplicates of last time (as is statistically probable), then I've gotten over 22 billion out of the way so far. Which is probably an absolutely tiny percentage...

    DSi Common Key Bruteforcer

Well, I've been running two of these for a few hours, one in 1 bit mode, and one in secure random. Got over a billion done in each, so over 2 billion total. And that's only from a few hours. I figure if I leave it running for a while, I could easily reach over a trillion eventually. Question...

Kick Gaming site re-launch and contest!

Postin in a lots of posts thread. Interesting site, though. Might have to start using them, as the store by my house seems to have stopped carrying flashcards, and are out of stock on the 360 case opening tools. Interesting indeed.

    What? DealWoot is evolving! *Update*

Interesting. Very interesting. Low shipping prices are always good... Now if only they had some sort of local store or something. Eh, I've been meaning to get a new flashcard sometime soon, anyways. I guess I have a new place to look now.

    Gaming Animal_Crossing_City_Folk_USA_Wii-Goomba

Well, I'm gonna give burning it at 2x speed a try now. Unfortunately, the only other DVDs I have to burn to are +R, and unless something's changed that I haven't been aware of, those will work even less

Even with the gamma loader, I seem to be getting disc read errors a lot. Just got one before it asks for your name. Bah.

DS #2809: Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (USA)

In case anyone is interested to know, the (U) version appears to be completely compatible with the (J) version's save files. So that right there is pretty awesome.

    Hacking Wii backup loader......looks real!

Just tried this out. NTSC Resident Evil 4, NTSC Wii, hooked up to an HD monitor via component cables. Worked perfectly, color and all. Loading times seemed a bit long, though. Not sure if that has to do with running off a backup, or if the Wii version's loading times were longer in general.

    ^^ndstitle-1305^^

You need to have Jonathan on one, and Charlette on the other, and switch between them to dodge the obstacles. If I remember correctly, it's duck on bottom, duck on top, duck on bottom, jump on top. I may be slightly off, though.

DS #0393: New Super Mario Bros. (Japan)

Hmm... Reformatting the bold stuff... You get 1-04-06. European dating standard. For April 1st. Ouch, burn.

Wow, two DS games in a row, released by the same company (the games, not the roms), with covers that amazingly rip off actually popular games. Seems a bit... Fishy.

    ^^title-2178^^

Personally, after only playing this for a little while, I think it's a LOT better than Driver 2 Advance. This one has a LOT better sense of speed, and even though the physics do seem a bit slippery, it's still pretty good. Of course, the lack of cop chasing and stuff like that is kinda... Sad...

1765 - Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories (J)

About Sephiroth... He alse wasn't in the original Japanese KH1... They might add some stuff in for the (U) release. And hey... Who wouldn't want a GBA version of One Winged Angel? Especially if they actually got the lyrics... Which they'd have too... But still. It would be nice. Imagine it...

1610 - Need For Speed: Porsche Unleashed (U)

Yeah... Not all of those were real 3D... Top Gear Rally, if I'm not mistaken, was Mode 7... And Ecks vs. Sever and MoH were both raycasting engies... Neither of those engines (Mode 7 and raycasting) are true 3D, they just simulate the effect. Mode 7 basically consists of a bitmap, that's rotated...
