    I have checked the file extension for the license RIF file multiple times. It is not .rif.bin, it is .rif. I have an Ubuntu Linux system running 16.04 LTS. PS Vita with 3.73. I also made the .psvimg files by running a text file with the commands to make the .psvimg's.... But when I copy H-Encore...
