    so i called nintendo and told em that my switch cant connect to eshop and before i told em the shipping address i am asking now to ask if FACTORY RESETING my switch would "clean" the system like any sign of corrupt files and "hackery" plz help im having a heart attack cuz the ban was "temporary"...

    asked them they say under warranty, and if its banned: give ya back ur switch no ban: replace so im trying to see if i can "clean my system" so itll appear to be "clean" at the time. obviously i cant clean history
