    There are some DIY-kits around on eBay as well on Amazon. Be sure to grab one without motherboard and use the original charger cable! They are around 15€. You will have to dismantle a original dock and build the original Switch-PCB in. Unhandy, but the only rather save procedure so far. BTW...

    That's still normal - depend where your destination is. I got the ship confirmation on 28.06. the dongle arrived 06.07. At least I learned sending registered letters from Poland to Germany can take up to 3 weeks. And btw.: tracking via DHL page did not work for me at all.

    Yes - almost everything ;) So best is to use the pro manual from the TX side and use it. Do not use TegraRcmGui just use the dongle. That's the bigger idea behind it. You neither need a computer nor TegraRcmGUI, just use the dongle. That's it.
