Thanks. Their prices are reasonable, so I placed an order.

Hardware Slew of problems on my Vita, starting with right analog stick!

I kinda figured that the script loss in the ur0 folder was because of the database rebuild, but I couldn't figure out why writing in a new script failed... Might have to look at that deeper. I'll look into new analog sticks if they aren't too expensive, otherwise, I guess I'll just use the other...

Hardware Slew of problems on my Vita, starting with right analog stick!

My Vita was working fine. No problems at all. In fact, it was in sleep mode, still running Minecraft. It hadn't been dropped or anything. When I turned it on the other day to resume, I noticed that the camera started drifting. At first it was a little, then a lot. I jolted the right analog stick...

    Hacking (HENkaku) Homebrew Request Thread

Fallout 1 and 2 maybe? Not sure how one would go about that, but I've heard talk of something through some kind of DOS emulator?

Hacking New Vita... Need just a little help.

After my old Vita became semi-bricked, and all attempted fixes failed, I just ponied up and bought a new pre-owned one. It was firmware 3.57, so I knew I could get back to Henkaku. It came with an 8 gig card, which I formatted. I updated to 3.60. I then installed Henkaku, then Vita Shell 1.9...

    Hacking [Pre-realese]vitaXash3D

I can't get it to work. I get to the game select screen, select half life, and it goes to the half life select screen. I select new game, and it goes to the difficulty select screen. I select a difficulty, it makes the sound, but nothing. It stays there. Not frozen, just not moving on. Any ideas?

Gaming Quake II for PS Vita (with online multiplayer)

I'm having an issue. I originally had the first release version of Quake 2 installed on my old Vita. When that semi-bricked, and I bought a new Vita and installed Enso, I installed the newest version of Quake 2, 1.5. While it works, the videos aren't working. Also, none of my saves will load...

Hacking [RELEASE] vitaQuakeIII - Quake III: Arena / Quake III: Team Arena port for PSVITA

Oh. I thought you did. Sorry about that. Still though, excellent work you've done on all of these releases! The Quake games are the sole reason I modded my Vita in the first place!

Hacking [RELEASE] vitaQuake - Quake porting for PSVITA

Originally, I was using Quake 1.9, I think. Maybe 2.0. I know I did have the music installed and working, although the volume was very low. Anyway, the version I was using came packed with the mod selector. I had both mission packs, and a fan made mission pack, each installed to separate...

Hacking [RELEASE] vitaQuakeIII - Quake III: Arena / Quake III: Team Arena port for PSVITA

Thank you for this, Rinnegatamante! My collection is complete! Although this is a lot harder than it was on the computer! Do you think you might be able to implement some sort of aim assist, like you did for Quake 1 on PSP?

Hacking TheFl0w releases Henkaku Enso 3.65 support for 3.60 users

UPDATE: My original Vita never did get to working properly. I have purchased a new pre-owned Vita, and currently have Henkaku 3.65 installed. Once I remove the card from the old Vita, I am thinking about updating the official firmware. Since all other things I tried, including unhooking the...

Hacking TheFl0w releases Henkaku Enso 3.65 support for 3.60 users

I appreciate it, but that too has failed. I took the whole thing apart yesterday to check the face buttons. I visually inspected the shoulder buttons as well, and they looked fine. I found a similar post earlier today, and took the thing apart again two hours ago. I disconnected the L and R...

Hacking TheFl0w releases Henkaku Enso 3.65 support for 3.60 users

System restore failed... Rephrase.... System restored successfully, but problem persists. I still have no button functionality in apps or games. At this point, I give up. I have to buy a new Vita.

Hacking Help! May have partially bricked my vita. Buttons unresponsive!

I took it apart and looked at all the connections and buttons, and everything appeared normal. No corrosion, or foreign material. I understand what you are saying though, because all the searches I did gave me the same results. However, most of those incidents revolved around spills, and not...

Hacking Help! May have partially bricked my vita. Buttons unresponsive!

Not incompetence. You just forgot. I kinda did too, when I went to try it. Looked into the remapping idea, but it wouldn't let me map a button to the touchscreen or analog, which is the only thing that works in apps. At least, I know the analog for sure.

Hacking Help! May have partially bricked my vita. Buttons unresponsive!

All plugins disabled. Did not work. I have two ideas from here. One is I try to reload my vitashell from an older backup, though I cannot remember which version it was. I don't remember if I made the backup before, or after I updated it to 1.82. If it is earlier, I could reinstall 1.82 (in...

Hacking Help! May have partially bricked my vita. Buttons unresponsive!

Update: I checked the Henkaku installer, and it says to uninstall Henkaku before trying to install. I think this is exactly what the Flow warned against, and am afraid to try it.

Hacking Help! May have partially bricked my vita. Buttons unresponsive!

Reinstalling from the updater... Haven't considered that. But that would be safe? Didn't the Flow warn something against reinstalling 365 after it was already installed? auto I don't think they are stuck... Is it possible the system might think they are? And is there a way to undo this...
