    My friend uninstalled CFW but forgot to delete some apps. When system settings is booted, you can go to data management, but when you do, it restarts the console. How can he fix this?

    Overall, I'd like to see Tails, Quote, Classic Sonic (echo) , Bandana Dee, Octolings (echo) , Waluigi, and probably a new Pokemon.

    What have you done to get it? Did you only get the file and put it in your SD? Follow 3ds.guide , they show you how to get CFW, wig Godmode9 in the process.
