How could a hardware issue appear after a while?
Did you try unplugging the battery? Or how did you discover that it was an issue with the motherboard?
Any update on this issue?
I am facing the same as OP, and whenever I turn it off for a few hours battery indicator shows 1% when actual battery is like 90%.
I can still play games as usual, but it is very annoying
I mean that when I press start it shows the Nintendo logo and right after the low battery symbol. Meaning that there is still some battery.
My question was if I need to wait until there is no energy at all and not even the Nintendo symbol or low batter symbol shows up (red symbol on battery)
Thanks! I have an old switch, bought it on FW 3.1. I have been treating it quite well so I was a bit surprised.
I will leave it without touching for a while. Will see if it solves itself
Checking on this thread again as I have just started experiencing this issue.
The moment that I plug the charger my console works fine. If I remove it and try to play without power it shows the low battery icon repeatedly.
Checking in Hekate the battery charge is perfectly fine.
So don't...
Do not preorder games. Do not hype games and push tactics like that. Just release a good game and let it do the talking.
If they promise something and don't deliver and hide information from the customers, then do not ask for my trust
Yup, I did some analysis of the boot times in this thread:
