If I wanted to inject a save or two from an old cfw switch (which I am in no longer in possession of) to a new switch (while it is offline), would I be susceptible to a ban once it connects to wifi?

I fixed the problem with my Pokemon Diamond not saving, but now I have a a larger issue.
Everytime I start TWLoader and get past the initial loading screen (updates and such) the system crashes and I am given this error screen.
I can't seem to get Pokemon Diamond (USA version) to save. MKDS is set as the donor rom and I have the rom set to use the donor rom function.
I have the latest version of TWLoader and the latest official bootstrap.
