Coming Soon - free 2015 Multiboot Lite Speed - for 8GB USB

Thanks. I'll have to backtrack a bit on the next one (Lite Speed) due to conflicts in release goals. This time I wanted to make all distros have USB persistence without requiring the users to (1) figure out how (2) take the time to do it. I also wanted to have both distros and persistence files...

Comment by 'Gooplusplus' in 'Insomniacs: 30 new SLEEP SOUNDS stations on Compact One-Click Radio Jukebox'

It is my own hobby project. Originally it was (and still is) a collection of non-app mobile web sites. I added the radio stations to it later as part of a rewrite of some old code that required Flash for the older Gooplusplus web site. Bye-Bye Flash and hello HTML5. Today I started a new...

    Windows Music Player?

+1 Another big advantage of VLC is its external on-the-fly "transcode anything" web plugin. This allows you to play non-HTML5 AVI, FLV, MKV, WMV, WMA media files in your Chrome, Firefox or Pale Moon web browser. For Linux users, install the official VideoLan "VLC Web Plugin" (and disable...

Official MediCat USB - A Multiboot Linux USB for PC Repair

FYI: Along with video and audio files, etc., I tend to store ISOs on a 2TB drive formatted for universal access as FAT32. The current MedCat DVD ISO is slightly more than 4GB so it cannot be stored on a FAT32 partition.

Thanks for your good work. You might want to see if this YUMI-based rescue collection has parts that might be useful for future versions of MediCat DVD.

Photos, video, audio, streaming and capture, an introduction.

For video conversion, I find (Windows/Linux) WinFF to be easier and faster than Handbrake. I also created a custom WinFF conversion preset designed for better Chromecast playback --WinFF Chromecast presets

Operating systems, what are there and what do they do?

No mention of Android or ChromeOS? Chromebooks are a lot more capable than Microsoft wants you to think and they are dirt cheap. I love my under $200 Acer C720 Chromebook. For more advanced Chromebook users, you can even add a full Linux distribution to it with Crouton or ChruBuntu. I use...
