    Nintendo can't really block browserhax. We can always restore a previous backup of our firmware (if needed) and load it from an ESP8266, or from a local (offline) server.

    5.5.0 patches a kernel exploit that Nintendo discovered. Devs was working on it, so an exploit that uses 5.4.0 kernel access wouldn't be available for 5.5.0. It's always a good thing to block Nintendo updates. Also Smea's TubeHax DNS can be configured on WiiU in order to block automatic updates...

    @tivu100 9.3-9.8 can't access the eShop. Smea has confirmed that the "freehax" it's working on 9.9, as the ninjhax and ALL >=9.3 userland exploit already known. 9.9 is available now from Nintendo servers. Tomorrow maybe it's 10.0 with a NinjHax 2.0 fix or whatever, so the 9.9 is the last...

    Why, should I laugh if it turn out it's a game? I'm not such a jerk. I don't earn anything if it is a game. I'm only saying that people have more chances if they download a single free game.     Becouse Nintendo will NOT remove the game until the exploit is proven or released. They can't remove a game from the eShop only basing on suppositions or rumours spreading on the web. BUT, at the same time, the suppositions allow users to PREPARE... that IF the suppositions show up to be real...

    @SimisFul I don't think YgwEshopSpoofer works anymore with firmware 9.9 out. The FreeMultiPatcher is an YgwEshopSpoofer updated, and it is confirmed working to date.
