    Hacking DIY amiibo cards

I checked the 3DS code and it checks everything except CC, so those 4 bytes can be left untouched but they do not matter anyway. The lock bits needs to be set though.

    Hacking DIY amiibo cards

I already tried this, if one of the bits you mentioned is not set -> invalid amiibo.

    Hacking DIY amiibo cards

Just to be clear... I do not sell DIY amiibo cards so please do not PM me about it. Thanks.

    Hacking DIY amiibo cards

No, I used a modified version of amiitool to decrypt/encrypt the amiibo data.

    Hacking DIY amiibo cards

DIY amiibo cards... created using blank NTAG215 tags and a little bit of dark magic :) You need: - a blank NTAG215 tag sticker (Shop NFC, AliExpress, ...) - an amiibo dump (dump your own amiibo, download it, ...) - a way to decrypt/encrypt amiibo dumps (amiibo decryption service, amiitool, ...)...

Introducing the NaMiiO: Yet Another Amiibo Emulator

I downloaded and analyzed the NaMiiO software and came to the following, not very surprising, conclusion... NaMiiO = Datel

Hardware Couldent you just use a regular NFC tag and write the amiibo codes to it instaid?

Yes, it is possible but you need to have the right software to do it. Also, once you turn a blank NTAG215 tag into an amiibo, the character (Mario, Luigi, Bowser, etc.) cannot be changed anymore due to certain pages being permanently write-locked.

    Hardware Amiibo Application ID?

Don't bother trying to emulate an amiibo with current NFC chipsets, it's not possible.

    Hardware Is Amiiqo Dead?

The eBay links you gave are for different products. You need items 252079825668 ($12.03) and 252123624606 ($0.99). Please note that there are good (original) and bad (clone/copy) PN532 boards and although the picture of item 252079825668 looks like a good board, the board you receive might be a...

    Hardware Is Amiiqo Dead?

I also do not have an Android device with NFC capability and they keep delaying the release of their NFC reader/writer so I decided to make my own software. Google "Amiiqo Manager" :)

Hardware Announcing the amiiqo - Switch amiibo's with ease!

Those 540 bytes of data are obviously identical but Amiiqo does not emulate the NTAG215 chip used inside amiibo for the full 100%. For instance, the ECC signature returned by Amiiqo is always FF FF FF ... If Nintendo would check the signature then Amiiqo would no longer work. Returning random...

Hardware Announcing the amiiqo - Switch amiibo's with ease!

I found 4 different ways to detect that an Amiiqo is not actually a genuine amiibo. Whoever designed the software part of the Amiiqo only implemented the bare minimum to get it to work. Correct password? Nope. Correct ECC signature? Nope. Nintendo could easily block Amiiqo in the next system...

Hardware Announcing the amiiqo - Switch amiibo's with ease!

I would like to add support for standard USB NFC reader/writer devices to my Amiiqo Manager (video) software for Windows. It currently only supports a $14 DIY NFC reader/writer solution. If you have an Amiiqo and a standard USB NFC reader/writer device, then please PM me.
