Hardware Amiibo Application ID?

I've been looking though Android's host based card emulation and it appears that in order for an Android device to emulate a NFC chip the reader needs to ask for a specific "Application ID" or "AID".

Does the Wii U or 3DS ask for an AID in the first place? If so, what is it?

Don't bother trying to emulate an amiibo with current NFC chipsets, it's not possible.
