I think you can launch homebrew apps with priiloader itself i might be wrong but try it and then install the default theme with thememii mod you need to install the 00000097_4.3U.app if your wii is usa region.
Just extract this to your SD card root and load hekate go to options click on auto boot and choose fusee.bin and save changes you can also go to more configs and choose fusee.bin from there to load atmosphere.

Make sure your SD card is MBR partition scheme not GPT minitool partition wizard can show you and change it to MBR without destroying your data also make sure there is no unallocated space on your sd card most high compacity sd cards come formatted as GPT and make sure its formatted to fat32 32kb.
I had this problem once and it was caused by an outdated sysmodule or an overlay i cant remember wich one it was but rename the contents folder in SD/atmosphere/contents and reboot if it does not work do a clean install of atmosphere delete the old atmosphere folder first.
Maybe the PS4 has a cmos battery it keeps the date and time when its unplugged yours is probably dead its just a watch battery there only a few dollars.
