Hacking Uneek+DI No signal?!
It might not be a bad idea to delete the sneek, bootmii, and nand folders off your SD card and USB Flash Drive and use ModMii to build UNEEK + DI with neek2o as well as a fresh NAND - it helps to remove user error from the process (you'll need to install a channel with MMM to switch to the...- spweasel

Hacking Uneek+DI No signal?!
I had this problem earlier. If nothing happens for 20+ minutes, try a test load with a USB flash drive. It's possible that your HDD simply can't handle Uneek (I think you need a sufficiently quick HDD for it to work).- spweasel

As an update, it appears that my HDD wasn't fast enough for uneek (which must mean that I just botched my Sneek install somewhere).
