I mean I wouldn't say it's any more strange for a piracy company to make use of DRM than some other company. If anything you could argue that they need it even more. Their target market are pirates! Of course everybody is going to pirate the thing if they don't do that! Whatever you think of...
Yeah for the most part I think ZhenjianYang's script did a pretty good job keeping text blocks matched together so that stuff didn't desync too far even when the line counts didn't match up exactly, should only be maybe an issue in cutscenes that advance the text automatically like the race...
Alright, updated my original post. Unfortunately it seems like unlike the original leaked script this one has a huge amount of line mismatch errors, 4,343 of them compared to 190 in the leaked patch. I think this might just be because Flame changed around the structure of the lines and added...
Huh, not sure. I double checked against the Japanese script and all the commented lines I did matched theirs on that script... Unless doing that messed with line counts somehow and the Japanese was modified to account for it but mine was not or something, I'm not sure. For now I'll just put...
You can turn it off through Hekate (or SX if you use it) boot menu. It's easy enough though an extra step to remember, can usually just use sleep mode and just use that for long term storage.
Also I think it's detectable since after updating my games in OFW I got a system update notification...
Did the Ao voice scripts have the same duplicated voice line problem Zero had for some lines? Assuming they did since I forgot to fix that until today, though I still haven't actually tested it personally so not sure... Anyway uploaded a new version with 146 sound play instructions commented...
Maybe should be obvious to most people but if a "A System Update is ready to be installed" comes up probably shouldn't click it... Stupidly burnt my 6th fuse assuming it was ok to accept it after switching to OFW briefly to update all my games. Just sort of assumed it had something to do with...
Was really tempted to buy 20 Dash buttons like I did last Prime day, but decided it's not worth the small risk some guy at Amazon takes offense to me "abusing" their promotion and ban my account or something.
Not a bad little loophole though, last time I did it spent $20 and got back $20 in...
That's not allowed either apparently. I could maybe re-encode everything into gbk which the Chinese release uses but it would probably break other stuff
Yeah I checked that and the Japanese version used the same ㈱ that got left over in the English.
I think these were in Zero too now that I think about it and I just edited them out since I didn't know what they were. (edit: oh no I checked and I left them in, can't remember how they looked...
Sorry, forgot to check back here for a little while. Anyway I updated it but unfortunately the heart symbol is not supported by this encoding type (ms932). For now I just used the note symbol (♪) to replace the heart symbols there, if you can think of a more appropriate fix let me know and...
Update 8/7: Flame's edit has been released, so the voice scripts have been updated to reflect it.
Also unfortunately this version has significantly more mismatched lines from the Japanese version, I believe because Flame did not stick as close to their structure as Guren did and broke up...
Is this supposed to say "Contents" folder? I didn't have a folder called "Content". Assumed that was what was intended so I deleted "Contents" and the process seemed to work correctly going from 4.1.0 to 5.1.0 but was a bit confused since the very next image showed "Contents" being overwritten...
leo @'d me in a thread about his last dream, stating he was passionately making out with a guy he used to know and then woke up while reaching for his crotch, and said that i would "know who 'tf' it is"
and of course i know, it's luke
