    Yeah, okay, I should've been clearer. My DSi has the latest Unlaunch and HiyaCFW installed on it. It's on 1.4.4E.

    If you never went online with pirated games on your console before the backup. Then after restoring it Ninty will see it as just your console being offline for a while, which is not a bannable offence AFAIK

    Any of that proof can actually be easily faked by cropping the icons from switchbrew, placing them on some Golf gameplay and them uploading that gameplay somewhere and loading it through captive browser in the system.

    I honestly believe that this is another LUIGI IN SUPER MARIO 64 type of hoax, and even if it's in console's memory, there is no legit way of launching it. But I don't even think it's in the system, considering how only a limited quantity of people are able to access the internals of Switch OS...
