    Hacking Backup Launcher by Wiigator

Have to add, SSB:B doesn't work for me through launcher channels though. I can only get it to run through the HomeBrew channel.

    Hacking Backup Launcher by Wiigator

Ehr... I'm playing Brawl right now with backup loader 0.1. On a Philips DVD9. Pal Wii. Patched Pall SSB:B. Working beautifully. I did install the cIOS fix. Wasn't able to run the game before that. Oh, and it won't run from the gold disc channel either, only from wiigator's 0.1 in the HB channel...

Hacking WiiGator's Backup Launcher Game Compatibility list

I was amazed to see my DVD9 version of Super Smash Brothers: Brawl booting up after performing the cIOS_fix. It runs. Movies are craptasticly slow, but that's a given. After about 10 rounds the thing locked up though with a high pitched whine from the speakers. WiFi didn't seem to work, I...

    Hacking Waninkoko's Backup Loader FAQ

Even if you get that fixed, the game is largely unplayable. Shoot a door, hang around for a minute and a half for the zone behind it to load is no fun, I can tell you. Get a timer and you're more or less screwed.

    Hacking Waninkoko's Backup Loader FAQ

PAL SSB:B on a PAL Wii written on Philips DVD+R DL boots, gives a loading screen, gives the warning screens about the wrist strap, lets me create a save game, then goes to black and won't respond.

    Hacking Waninkoko's Backup Loader FAQ

Okay, some testing done, aquired several ISO's and got the following results. All this is done on a PAL Wii, Tayo Yuden DVD-R's, ImgBurn on default settings. PAL Resident Evil 4 got through the backup-creator, but the resulting ISO was not recognised by imgburn and couldn't be burned. NTSC RE4...
