Homebrew near flawless snes emulation never?
With new 3ds on luma 11.0 I get jittery scrolling on catsfc and slowdown on pocketsnes. Blargsnes doesn't support 3d mode so it's stuck with the weird scanline effect, and most vc's i've tried don't even run. ROM Hack Change controls in Smash?
Is there a hack to make player controls dpad only? Super Smash would play better this way and the analog nub wouldn't wear out as fast.- thebestdogs

Hacking Boot-up question for SKY3DS users
From the website's installation instruction, Does this needs to be done more than once, such as every time the 3ds is turned on (from being completely powered off)? I really hope not.- thebestdogs

The problem with X party blocked X bill that would have prevented X is that yes the bill probably would have worked great, buuuttt they put XYZDCBG in said bill as an attempt to sneak things in that tend to be completely unrelated to the original bills intent. It sucks because if they would just do a single thing they could probably get something done...
