    ROM Hack Help with converting 3DS rom hack to CIA

    I got my cia version of Pokemon Neo X to install on my 3DS with a different title id (so it's side by side with Pokemon X). It has it's own icon and banner and everything. But when I launch it, I get a black screen. How do I fix this? I used Simple 3DS to CIA converter with the correct xorpads.

    I would like to install the Pokémon Neo X rom hack but it will conflict with the already installed Pokémon X game I have. Can I edit the title ID and game serial of the ROM/CIA to be able to install the game side by side with Pokémon X?
