Is this a common thing? A 1TB external hard drive (powered through 1 USB port) that worked great for Config USB Loader on Wii doesn't work on vWii, is this normal?
I have softmodded my vWii to have HBC and can run Wii backups on CFG USB Loader and Gamecube backups on nintendont, but can I play Wiiware wads? I hear many conflicting ways to do this, most say don't install them (I wouldn't want to, the Wii has tiny memory). Some only work on original Wii...
I have a thumb drive with brawl and a big hard drive with most of my other games. both work fine on my wii, but only the thumb drive works on the wii u. does the wii u power the usb less or something?

is there a quick wad i can download that will overwrite DIOSMIOS and give me back my old disc backup launcher? diosmios is great but i still have a ton of discs of games that diosmios wont work with, and if theres just some way to overwrite a diff wad every time i want to play on USB or disc it...
