It wasn't leaked, this was separately developed as far as I can tell. The fact that the exploit is now likely to get patched before Mariko is too bad, but it's no one's fault really. Just people with a different attitude towards releasing exploits, some want to keep them secret until they get patched, some would rather they be enjoyed by people while they still can. I bet SciresM is going to go on a rant though.
