@DinohScene Oh yes. A bit larger than I expected, but the sound quality is comparable to much pricier speakers. The sound is rich and I like the bass, they've got subs on the back after all.
@XFoxPrower Still experimenting. My low-end Shokz have too much latency for gaming on any device, and I'd imagine that using any other wireless headphones on the Vita would result in noticeable latency. I ordered a cheap pair of wired open earbuds to test, so if that's a type of headphones you wouldn't mind, I'll update you later (don't expect miracles).
Hmm never thought to give it thought. I usually play puzzle games like Link-A-Pix Deluxe on mute while listening to music in the background via ElevenMPV. Pretty sure there's no latency with these T60s. They're not with me at the moment to be sure.
I tested. Maybe a slight 6~10ms lag (an uneducated guess). I'd not notice if I didn't look for it. Is there a tollerable threshold for gaming? Even PS3 controllers aren't immune to lag. There may be technologies in this thing but Vita can't take advantage of all of Bluetooth 5.3.
10 ms? o_o Welp, my understanding of Bluetooth headsets is clearly lacking, and because I only use open-ear headphones, it will probably be a long while 'till I find a pair that works for me...
It would be trivial to go with a high end Shokz that support Bluetooth 2.1 (not all of them do!), but for the price of those, I'd rather invest in swapping whole computer parts. Alternatively, I'll go wired.
