got rid of my old setup for this HP Omen Transcend 16". it's got GSync, an OLED HDR Display, a pretty rock solid CPU (Intel 14900HX) and a decent enough GPU (RTX 4070M). I travel too much for my old gaming pc to be of use...this on the other hand...
It came to around 2,100 CAD. so I'm happy with it

In other news, with the money i get back, I'm gonna get the Ayn Odin 2 Max as a daily driver...seems more power efficient for emulation then the steam deck or rog ally, plus it's fairly small.

Got myself a Quest 3, really happy with it
Quitting my job, I was physically threatened and my boss didn't give a shit about it. I would say it was fun while it lasted but well, it wasn't.
Might lose my job tomorrow because of toxicity in the workplace, wish me luck folks.
Just ordered some PC parts with Christmas money, an am5 board, a Ryzen 7 7700x, a liquid cooling system, two 16gb sticks of ddr5 ram...and my parents got me a RX 7700XT.
Life is good.
And here she is! Already installed a 2tb rocket SSD into it!
