What? No, there's no factories nearby, and I prefer raincoats; nowhere near as awkward to hold and keep you covered, and frees both hands for other objects.
Also, I rarely see spiders near Lane Cove, especially not giant ones. It's not the Outback.
@Silent_Gunner What? How? Is it constantly raining in that zombie series? Like Scotty below you, I've never played a RE game before (or a Silent Hill one, though that's not exactly 'zombies') due to my uncomfortability with the horror genre.
@AkiraKurusu There's giant spiders in the original Resident Evil its remake, as well as all throughout the classic games. Unfortunately, the modern remakes of 2 and 3 got rid of them as they were too "campy" I think is what the devs said?
From what I heard, the Remake devs removed quite a bit of content compared to the original games, making the Remakes lesser than what they should've been. As a result, I'm not actually surprised they would remove humongous arachnids.
REMake 1 is what all remakes should be; add more content to the original and develop connections to other entries' lore. REMake 2 is great, and they actually replace the spiders with what was otherwise a pretty easy miniboss from RE2 original (which that game in general is easy af).
The one where SHTF was R3make, and they can't blame COVID considering it was being worked on in parallel with RE2Make, it came out in April last year, and could have really shouldn't have cut as much content as it did. If one plays it, it's fine, but I think people should just stick to the original version of RE3.
@Scott_pilgrim IDK. Doing a knife run is actually kind of dangerous in that game considering its your only way of fending off zombies and the lickers if they grab you, and there's a zombie variant towards the end of the game that, if it grabs you and you don't have a knife or grenade, its an instant game over.
