Weird question about spitting in a glass bowl with milk

Spit inside glass bowl with milk and it rises.
Heres a video cuz im bad at explaining.
and no, it isnt condensation it IS milk I checked.

Well it rises and "climbs" on the side of the bowl if I see correctly in that video. And that is probably because the spit is warmer than the milk, and therefore it rises to the surface. And because it already is at the surface and at the side of the bowl, it moves up there.
