Just a quick question. I bought a banned switch and it's been raining cfw for a few months now. I think it's the best thing I've ever done.... But I'm not going to do it for a friend's son. He uses online so I want to be sure he doesn't get banned (where as I didn't mind)
I used this guide
https://switch.homebrew.guide/hacking/fuseegelee/aftersetup
I'm just wondering if you need to even boot cfw sysmmc?? Before you create the emmc. I'd rather not boot into the custom firmware ever on the system. And I'm obviously going to make sure everything is blocked via DNS 90. In file in atmosphere and incognito in the emulated nand (or at least before I go online).
I know doing this doesn't cause a ban currently... But with firmware updates if they work out a way of detecting it.. well if avoid it if possible.
Because you don't actually do anything in cfwsysmmc I'm assuming it'll work?
Finally the games that are pre installed. If he uses cheats via tinfoil or checkpoint. I'm assuming the cheats won't stay active in stock because the game will merely be an identical copy of the one installed on the system (not the actual one in the system). It's that correct?
I think I already know and it'll be ok.... But it's dangerous to assume.
