So long story short i spent a bunch of money on trying to upgrade my hp slimline got my ram and gpu in the mail and then i found out it lacked an expandable gpu slot. So i need a cheap up-gradable PC and i mean dirt cheap. Not looking to build my own pc just something i can stick the new graphics card and ram into to get it to run a game at low -medium settings. Can anyone recommend one. thanks

Buy a used gaming PC (if you can carry the risk). Currently its the best time to update in a long time (with raytracing GPUs out and AMD for the first time ever running circles around Intel on CPU performance, and having an upgradeable architecture), so people are bound to get rid of there old systems (for the last few months already).

If you do, you are still looking for Intel CPUs on the older gen hardware, and probably nVidia 10x0 or 9x0 GPUs in prebuilt systems.
